I grew up watching TNG, but Zachary Quinto and Chris Pine are what ultimately did me in.  William Shatner followed.  


I ship Kirk/Spock (any version) with a side of Kirk/Spock/McCoy, and occasionally (nu) Sulu/Chekov and Sarek/Amanda.
