My favorite line:

It was the single most foundation-shattering moment of Jom's life.  He felt like he had fallen into an ocean, with water above him, all sound muted, and time and motion stilling to become slow and languid.

I'm also a HUGE fan of Bones (TOS and Nu!Verse) and you wrote him very well.  Great job.

"Tra-la-la" indeed!

Wonderfully written, and great dialog!

Jim calling it "tra-la-la" will never not be funny! This was so sweet, and I'm glad you posted it.

I swear I cackled everytime Jim called it Tra la la.  I also loved him calling Spock his Vulcan.

Very good, I usually don't like the same story fromtwo different perspectives, but you did an excellant job of not making it repetitive

This story was so fun! I especially liked the interaction between Spock and Bones. Very like them. The way you used the differences in how Spock and Kirk's mothers were with them to establish a bridge was lovely as well. Wonderful!
