This is crack of the highest order, and is of course all the more hilarious for it... ;-) You had many a fic posted for the Advent this year, and I enjoy how light-hearted and fun they were. I myself never seem able to write something without angst in it (even my post to the Advent has angst by the bucketfull - and it's a Christmas story, arg!!), so I can certainly appreciate authors that do! Thanks for sharing all your work with us. :-)
Aw, thank you so much! I'm very happy that you enjoyed my K/S Advent offerings! Angst in Advent stories is great so don't feel bad about writing it! I love reading angst even during the holidays. Sometimes I'm afraid to write angsty or serious fic as it never seems to work out for me in an advent fic.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, I really appreciate it!

Although I think this is somewhat out of character for Spock, I thoroughly enjoyed your story anyway. I can relate to his frustration and lack of feeling for Christmas since there are times I am certain I will scream if I see one more Santa or hear one more carol. i am glad he was not 100% successful in obliterating Christmas though. Thanks! I got a kick out of this one.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it even with the sillyness. Yeah, Spock's OOC and as a matter of fact I delibretely wrote the entire crew to be OOC--they'd never really do this stuff aboard a working starship. At the very least, Jim Kirk would insist on the utmost professionalism during duty hours especially on the bridge. This was also an alegory on how the holiday is shoved down people who don't celebrate Christmas at all. (like me!)
Did you notice that Spock never gave back the Christmas stuff, though? Even the real Grinch gives the stuff back! Another reviewer wants me to write a sequel where Spock makes restitution, so that might pop up soonish.
Thank you again, I'm very glad you enjoyed this!
