*grits teeth at mention of longer story* Sort of. It's already kind of in play in my 'Intergalactic Fuck Olympics' series, BUT, it's more of a side thing. Basically, the series jumps around and we catch glimpses, there's some fun porn, some humor, etc, but as far as a multi-chaptered, straight up fic...nothing so far is in the works. It's not really one of my favorite pairings--I just write it for my friends. lol.  

But, I'm glad you liked this story, and I hope if you do read my series, you'll like those stories as well. I haven't ruled out the idea completely...there's actually a challenge I was looking at and thought about, but I haven't decided yet if I'm going to pursue. Awe, thank you so very much! I'm glad Bones/Sarek are getting such a warm reception. I don't write them too often, but I have a few friends on here who really enjoy the pairing so taking this challenge was kind of a Christmas gift for them (they know who they are, lol). I wasn't sure how receptive everyone else would be to it, because while I've done it before, it's never been to this degree as far as length and depth are concerned.

Anyway, as a side to the response you gave me to my review for your advent story, I appreciate the thoughts and I completely understand about moving. My husband and I just moved for the second time in two months. We thought it would be a good idea to move closer to the area where all of his contracts were coming from (he was doing Software Engineering contracting) but when the one he was working on ended way before schedule, due to the company not having anymore work, and he and the rest of their current contractors were laid off, we decided it was time to look for something more stable. Just so happened that the offer he got was 50 miles from where we just moved. So we moved AGAIN, but at least he's not on contract and they're reimbursing us. Still, it's a huge hassle--I know--and I hope you're settling in well. Thanks for the kind words!

Actually, Denise, I have a very hard time seeing Bones and Sarek together as well, which is kind of the reason why it's fun to write. A challenge. In reality though, it's not one of my favorite pairings, but I have some friends on here who really like it, so I figured, Merry Christmas, LOL. I'm not sure if you'd find Sarek's voice in the what? eight lines he has in the film, ahahah. I Just made it up. :/

As for Jim and Spock, I'm glad you caught that 'grapes' line. I've seen sliced grapes--it's not pretty, but it is funny. I mean, I'd cut them for a toddler, but not as a part of a romantic breakfast. And I wanted Spock to suck at cooking, because let's face it, he's too fucking perfect!
