Oh wow! That was a great fight scene. It flowed so well You could follow every movement. Of course, count on Sullivan to be the type to not count his shots. "Hello sunshine that's a TOS phaser you have there, not an S-mart special."(Sorry for the Amy of Darkness reference.)
Of course Jim and Spock are so sweet together. That they can just be and enjoying knowing the other is there is lovely. The last line made be flail a bit. I started thinking, "please let there be a wedding." I'm such a sap. LOL.
You must never apologize for any reference to Army of Darkness...ever. Bruce Campbell is the shit.
Anyway, glad you liked the chapter :) lol. I don't know yet about the wedding...I will give it some thought, you aren't the first person to say that...

I just read the new chapter and thank you for getting it up so quickly! I was really worried that Sullivan was going to get Jim. It was a little angsy there at the end of the confrontation, thankfully the phaser ran out of juice!
I loved the last sentence - Jim thinking about proposing to Spock is so sweet, a perfect ending to this chapter. I do hope that Sullivan doesn't raise his ugly head again.
I'm glad you liked :) Only two more chapters left, I think so...probably no more Sully antics. Probably...

When I read Chapter 16 and your doosy of a cliff-hanger I was in quiet dispair until I realised there was a chapter 17 just waiting there.
Thanks for that; have fun moving, if moving can be fun, I've always found it to be a test of my considerable patience.
I'm pretty good at moving, actually. I grew up with a fickle mother, and we moved over twenty-one times when I was a kid and she's still house hopping. It's like she will find one thing wrong with a house, and then fixate on it until she just has to move, LOL. I ended going to every school in my district aside from two, LOL. I Knew everyone at the local JR High and High School when I finally got there. So, no probs here. I've pretty much got this shit down to a fucking art.
Anyway, I'm very glad you liked the two new chapters. I hope to have this ended by the week after next. I probably won't bother with it next week as that will be moving week and I'm working on some other projects. :D Thanks for taking time to review and the well wishes too.

Thank you for a wonderful update! Poor Pike, he did lose all his crewmembers after all! ^_^
Yes, he did. But come on, it's the Enterprise...can't just leave once you've had a taste, right? Lol. I'm glad you liked the update and I appreciate you taking time to review and rate. Thanks a bunch! :P

Very exciting! Great action! Honestly, I am thrilled Sullivan is locked away. You wrote the fight sequence so well, I was completely engaged. Have a great trip.
I'm so glad you liked the fight sequence. I always agonized over actions scenes...like, is this descriptive enough, is it exciting, did it last long enough, blah blah blah. LOL.. So, I'm happy to hear that at least one person found it exciting. :P As always, thank you for taking time to say so!

Just too wonderful. A exciting fight in corridor and a peaceful time in cabin. I love the picture about they working side by side. That slience moment were full of deep feeling and romance.
Thank you very much for liking that fight scene. As I told someone else already, I try really hard to make those kind of scenes descriptive and effective. I'm glad that it was enjoyable for you. I wanted to write that domestic-esque scene because I know that I wouldn't want to be alone after fighting for my life, especially if there was someone I knew I could turn to for quiet support. I really wanted to show that and I'm glad that you and others responded so well to it.
As always, thank you very much for taking time to review and to rate. :D

Phew...No one was killed...they will heal. What another ride that was, and finally Sullivan got what he deserved.
It just seems so perfect that they end up together, finishing reports and heading for bed....ahhhhh
Now, Jim is thinking of marriage...I wonder what Spock will say to that....
Great chapter as always. Update when you can, and happy moving...
Yes, well, there is probably one or two chapters left, one of which will probably be an epilogue and we'll get a glimpse of the future. Anyhow, I'm glad you liked the updates and I very much appreciate both of your wonderful reviews. Thank you for taking time to write such detailed comments. You know how I love them. :D I'm certain my move will be very happy indeed.

What a rollercoaster ride....this was non-stop....What an ass Sullivan is....grrrrrrrrr....almost killing Sulu, and he would have if he had had enough time...
Now, they are on the hunt for him, and that phaser is set to kill...shit...
and you leave it with Spock shouting Jim's name...
Very worried here...off to the next chapter...
Well done my dear, this is nail biting....

OOH! I WANT TO SEE A WEDDING! *cough* I'm getting a bit ahead of myself.
Sullivan was just so screwed up. I literally cringed at the scene. Bravo!
Kirk and Spock are adorable as always! I really can't wait to see what's in store for them! :3
Yay! I'm glad you liked the crazy scene, lol. The end is near, epilogue and all. :P Thank you, as always, for taking time to review.

Well, I'll have to take the protectve!Spock idea and run with it. LOL.
Always happy to beta for someone. I'm pretty good at it too! I must warn you though that I probably won't be really available for about a week towards the end of October.
I'm already a quarter through the first draft...so I'm certain you'll have it before then. I'm getting an early start on it because I signed up for three officially, and then there are two or three more story ideas i want to do as well...this is terrible. I can't control it...LOL

See? And that's why you always count your shots! Great chapter. Sullivan's back in custody, everyone's still alive, sweetness all around. And Spock sharing his feelings. So great. I would why Spock meditates on the floor between bed and divider. Maybe a possessive mate thing? Oh! Sorry for the late read and review. Son decided to scare ten years off my life this morning and he has been in a snit every since. Gah. Will beg and grovel for more fic!
Love and cherries,
Actually, I figured that would probably be the only area in the room with enough space for him to meditate, lol. ahaha Nothing that deep, ahhhaha, though a cute idea.
Glad you liked...I have something in the works for the KS Advent that might very well add about twenty years to your life if you're willing to wait for it until December...OR, you could volunteer to beta it and read it in a couple of weeks since Ivy Cross has been gracious enough to beta the rest of the fity fics I signed up to write...BUT if you're interested in betaing a sarek/bones, K/s christmas fic....and can keep an eye out for errors...lol

I've just found this, and it is so wonderful, I can't wait to see how it ends! Poor Pike though ;-)
Thank you for sharing it!
Thank you for taking time to read it and review. I hope you enjoy the story, you're starting at a good time, considering I'm nearly finished with it. :D

I won't start to read it until its finished ... I won't start to read it until its finished ... I won't ... ah ... crap.... *rushes off to the first chapter*
Lol. Yeah, that's my mantra too...and ultimately, we come to the same conclusion. ahahah It's ALMOST finished, if that make's you feel better.
