Awesome job at depicting Spock's . . . trauma and striggle to cope and heal. Amazing chapter.

Duh! I was a bit confused about the crystals until I finally realized that this was part of a series. Dummy me! I like your interpretation of the loss of the bonds, think it's more realistic than the movie Vulcans walking around solemnly having discussions kind of stuff. Shame on you! Now I'm going to have to find the other stories in the series and start all over (and you know what a 'hardship' this is, right?) Enjoyed it.

Oh, I'm glad to find the crystals again! With them, everything is bound to be as alright as possible.

damn. another excellent piece, great follow-up to the first.
it's such a huge event, this is what's held me up the last year and a half -- I can see Spock's mind from here, but to write it out, not yet. very nicely done, lass.

This is an interesting metaphysical exploration of the effects of planetary loss. I think many in the K/S community feel that the reaction of the Vulcans as portrayed in the Nu Movie was a little implausible.
This is a fic that will need to be reviewed and re-read and thought through before further review
