Oh God Denise, you're ripping my heart out here. This is absolutely superb. Just the best, love it. Soooo sad. :'(
Thanks so much for thinking so. Sorry, about the ripping out the heart part..I wrote this poem a few years ago, and thought perhaps, new members on our facebook group might like to read it. Rhyming poetry may not be everyone's cup of tea, either you get the right feel to it, or you miss.

Squeak! I know what Jim is saying in the second pic: 'Had enough?'
Apart from that little happy moment of mine, to actually get to the review: this poem is exceptional! Your language seems spot on now, so in tune...
Thanks so much my friend. I think the added pics are pretty cool, when they go with the poem...Damn, his eyes are blue...

Bitter sweet, when i saw the cave scene i asked myself what Spock Primes inner feelings could be when he saw this young man. And remember his Jim. This poem catches the Moment.
I really felt sad writing this one...but at least Spock will be reunited with Jim when his time comes...Thanks for reading.

I have never read poems here until this one.
I keep ignoring them but thia one caught my attention. I was NOT disappointed. In fact, I was awed.
I could feel pain, longing, exhaustion, among other things.
I could just read this before I go to bed and just cry when I feel like I need to.
I REALLY love this
Thank you so much for commenting. I know poetry is not something people usually want to read. Even myself I am not drawn to it but I can't stop writing it. I find I do enjoy writing poems that rhyme and again not everyone does because you can be so creative when it doesn't. But it is always a challenge to find the right rhyme and not make it sappy, sugar coated...and repetitive...Thanks so much again for commenting..I usually post art and screencaps to my poems but it is on my notes through facebook. If you ever want to read more of my poems go ahead you may find more sad ones but also some happy, erotic, possessive ones too.
