I found this site, and thought I would add my few Kirk/Spock fics... Mostly, I write SG1: Jack/Daniel (have a page on A52)...
I also do 'walls' (computer art using screencaps) and music videos - Not got any clips of my own as yet, but editting done with the clips I glean off the net is ALWAYS careful not to take anything more than the bare clip itself!
My Kirk/Spock fics are few at the moment, but I want to write more!
I'm so glad that I am a fan of the Trek:Reboot that is Trek:XI!!! I wasn't sure I would be, but, thank God, it didn't trample all over known character facts! So, I am a fan of both the world of XI, and of Classic Trek! Yippee!!! My fics so far, could be set in either universe, to be honest..!
There are SO many brilliant stories, and authors, on here... Sorry if I don't always finish reading a series though - I just deleted a review I found for a story I'd read up to chapter 3 - to that point, I liked it. Now, looking at it, it's taken a bit of too much a dark turn for me. I'm not very brave with what I will or won't read - I have a few issues! Part of what I'm trying to say is, if it weren't for my worries, I'd probably be a Beta Reader here, as so much great work gets done; the majority here is of great talent! I don't judge people who write darker stories than mine - I don't know what or why they're working through - Writing is therapy for us all! Probably shouldn't admit that, but it's pretty darn obvious really!!!

Spock is going through some very personal hell. Jim, his T'hy'la, is there for him, though this is a personal hell for him also.
In Gene Rodenberry's Star Trek: The Motion Picture self-penned novelisation, he writes himself in as a reporter who interviewed James T Kirk after the events shown to us in the film... Hence, my mentioning him by name in this story - A story where Leonard H. McCoy tells his beloved friend, James T. Kirk, some home truths for his own good - and because he also truly does deeply care for their truest friend, Spock... McCoy becomes, as usual, the waking up Catalyst Jim really needs to get himself, and Spock, on the right track..!

Personally, I don't much like the storyline where Spock seems to be more Tutor and Instructor than Cadet, in Abrams-verse. I don't mind the S&U romance, but don't think, in those circumstances, it would/should have, taken place. It doesn't 'jive' with Spock's intergrity, etc, etc.
SO, here, yet again. I have written another story that 'corrects' the misconception that Spock was 'on the staff at the Academy' rather than 'just a cadet'. I get the notion that the writers may have been making the point anyway, that Spock was given work/responsibilities extra, because he had warped so fast through the Academic Course of the Academy, but could not so soon, Graduate...
Here, my story, unfolds the above as the truth of the matter, and is just a snippet in to Spock and Jim's early shipboard days Romance..!
A moment alone, but together, starts something that should have been started quite a long time ago...
An AU, and a visit to Edith Keeler's 1930's neck of the woods; Spock begins to go through Pon Farr. This prompts him and Jim to realise, to admit, and to act upon the love that is real here - Their own.
Christmas Morning spent on the Enterprise, with absolutely no danger around...
Spock & Jim find that they are healing help to one another...

Set after the Amok Time Mission; possibly an AU, if you think it has to be... McCoy makes an emergency call to Jim, in the middle of the night, on Spock's behalf - and this leads to Jim and Spock admitting their love for one another.
Sitting down to a drink with Bones, Kirk makes a slightly drunken confession of the heart... Watching Spock from afar...
Spock is recovering from a virus he contracted on some otherwise 'unimportant' mission. The virus did not help. It brought a few things to a head for Spock, and for Jim... Mention of tough times and mixed up behaviour that Spock needs to heal from...
In some wonderfully safe hotel room on some equally wonderful safe haven of a holiday planet, Jim and Spock are free to be together...
I MAY continue this. I may not. I have added as many factors as I can, to explain things I nearly missed out unintentionally.
Spock braves confiding in Jim what he feels he must before they can become ever more intimate, as they want to be every meaning of the word T'hy'la to one another...
In this AU, Kirk does not die after he exits the Nexus with Picard... He and Spock get a second chance to spend their retirement years together; a reward for all their hard work,
A slight AU version of the mission to Sarpeidion's planet occurs in the rebooted 'universe', around the same time in the lives of Kirk and Spock, as it did in the 'original' Universe...
Around the time of Spock's recovery, and the Enterprise crew's exile on Vulcan... Jim is still dealing with the recent death of his son...
Partly the same story as 'Safe', the first half of the Home Fire Warmth fics; with a slightly different slant. I wanted to create a world where Jim is still wonderfully macho hero Captain Kirk, and in no way the gay stereotype our human perceptions tend to conceive of. However, he is openly gay. Always has been; Capable of turning on the charm for women when it gives him and his crew/Ship the advantage needed, BUT, in his personal life, unquestionably gay - Just as notorious, yet with men, NOT women!
McCoy is central is bringing Jim and Spock together in the way that they most wish to be brought together - in the way of T'hy'la.
Hope this story is well received. I haven't written any KS in weeks, and, despite attempts to keep in touch with some of you, whether it be for computer glitch reasons or others, I've not had anything to do with the archive for a while...
Jim is worried about Spock's feelings and concerns, regarding the level of intimacy in their new relationship. He knows that he needs to know, and Spock needs to tell him, why he always keeps his most private anatomy hidden.
