Bio:

I’m a 27 year old who has been reading fan fiction since 2001 and posting works since 2009.  I just started writing Star Trek fan fiction this year.  I am currently transferring my two larger completed stories from the Nyota Knows Best series from fan fiction.net as these stories are revised along with my new works in progress.

I think I understand Spock better than any other character because I understand what it's like for other individuals to view you as less because of some aspect of yourself that you can't change. I think I love the Kirk/ Spock dynamic because I would love to find someone else who accepts me exactly the way I am.

I think I fell in love with Star Trek because supposedly by the 23rd century people are accepted the way they are in concept if not practiced.

That being said I have a very rare neurological disorder that affects my ability to communicate in writing or read.  I must utilize voice recognition software to write the stories or to do written tasks.  The software is imperfect and is prone to making common mistakes with homonyms and tense.  The newer works have been read by a beta but the older stuff has not.

Yes, I am college educated despite being disabled. Yes, I have taken writing classes before. Due to some cosmic mix-up I missed the material in fifth through eighth grade English. I've been told multiple times that I can write a collegiate paper, but not necessarily a junior high one.

If you see a problem, tell me what it is exactly so I can fix it or volunteer to be my beta.  I can always use more.  However, telling me things like “you need to learn how to spell” is like telling Spock he needs to be more Vulcan.

Sulu, You Fool by Miss Car Rated: Mature Content (Teen) starstarstarstarhalf-star [Reviews - 21]
Summary:

Summary: Sending out a fake baby shower invitation complete with fake pregnant Spock graphic was a brilliant idea for April fool's day 2063. There's no way this could backfire on him. How was Sulu supposed to know that some male Vulcans can have a uterus?

Stupid Vulcans for keeping the cool stuff about their reproductive habits a dirty secret such as plant-based fertility cookies. Nyota is going to tear his balls off if Spock doesn't find him first. Pregnant people can be scary.

Pairings: Established K/S and U/HS

I wanted to try something different and it just worked for this story

Sequel to: So This Isn't an April Fool's Day Joke?

The Truth About Love by Miss Car Rated: ADULT (NC-17) starstarstarstarstar [Reviews - 30]
Summary:

Sequel to the story: The Road to Delta Vega is Paved with Good Intentions

Follow-up to the Series: You Don’t Have to be my Boyfriend

Summary:  Love is the most powerful force in any universe. It can save a life or destroy a planet. It's complicated and messy. This is a love story about all the different types of love from romantic to familial and everything in between.

Because he lost his chance of a happily ever after with his first true love, Christopher Pike has made it his mission to rewrite Starfleet's outdated policies to make sure that doesn't happen again. This includes the policies about children in space. Spock sees this as his chance to have a family and do his part for the repopulation efforts, especially in light of the pressure from his T'Pau. The idea terrifies Jim the more it becomes a real possibility. Considering his fucked up childhood, no one really blames him. However, somebody already made that choice for the couple.

All things considered, Amanda is successfully adjusting to life after the death of her husband. She is still a member of the Vulcan Council and the Vulcan representative to the Federation. She is a wonderful mother to her two adopted daughters, and she has made great friends on earth including Christopher. (Really, he's just a friend.) They have bonded over their mutual loss. Then suddenly she becomes the victim of someone else's love of power.

Professionally, Nyota is at the top years before she expected it. Personally, she's still dodging calls from her father and doesn’t do anything harder than a one night stand, even if a part of her really wants too. But unexpected circumstances are going to force her to deal with these issues head on.
