Adorable. I really want to see how Jim reacts to this letter...

LOL, before reading the paragraph from the story, I imagined "spork" referred to Spock+Kirk! I know it's usually written "Spirk" but there is one letter either way. And I thought it would be one of those episodes where they meet an alien being that mirrors their reality in some way, this time a "Spork" that represented both of them together, therefore upsetting the preconceived ideas. I wasn't too far off the mark with the latter, was I? Cool coincidence anyway. And again I'm made to wonder at the mind's ability to make a hundred elaborate scenarios in one blink, before even reading one word.

Okay, as if I didn't already love you enough for the Wall-E, parallel, you have completely and foreverly won my heart with your ability to pull off using the word "spork" in a serious and reflective piece. You write Spock very convincingly and I loved seeing his romantic and sensitive side :)

Sweet. The connections in this story are so well made, and I loved it. I could hear Spock clearly; you have his voice down pat. It made me want to smack Jim around until he sees what he's doing to Spock. But otherwise, it's a beautiful piece. Thanks so much for sharing it!
