Oh. My. God. Okay, you may now be my new favourite writer and please expect me to spam you with adoring reviews over the next few days as I work my way through your fic catalogue.
This was incredible. Number 1: seriously, this is EXACTLY the way I see S/U (and was even before I got all K/S-obsessed and started my "S/U: Kill It With Fire" rampage). Nothing about the two of them screams "Long-term, committed relationship" - in fact, what it screams to me is "Crap, my whole planet just died and I need a hug - you'll do". And, of course, we've got the writers backing us up on this one. Number 2: Spock and Jim were pitch-perfect in this fic, which made it all the more awesome. Number 3: Everything about Spock's actions and reactions flowed so naturally. And number 4: DEAR GOD, THAT WAS HOT.
Yeah, I'll shut up now, otherwise this review's gonna get embarrassing for both of us. Love. Your. Fic.

Never read a more beautiful declaration of love than "but my lust is a satellite symptom of the entirety of my esteem for you".

This story is amazing, even if it is a PWP it is so insightful, so rich in details, so well written.. and Spock.. so pervy and yet so in character! How do you do it? And the sex scenes.. are always ssssmokin' hot!
