Summary:

A response to Sammycakes' challenge 'A Life With You', in which there were the following objectives:
-Set in Abbrams Universe
-Kirk and Spock meet and fall in love in Starfleet
-Bones likes Kirk, but is happy for K/S coupling in the end
-Uhura bashing
-Spock's parents approve of Jim
-Pike is like a father to Jim.
-Amanda doesn't die
There were a few other bonus points if memory serves (M-Preg for Jim being one), but unfortunately the ones above are the only ones I have managed to accomplish. So to sammycakes, I hope you enjoy and thank you for inspiring me to write this =] If you don’t, I’m sorry to be disappointing =[

Set over the course of the 2009 film there will be some obvious changes since this is a slash universe now, and Amanda is living (yipee)!
